About My Clients
Ever wonder what it's like to be well rested, have low stress, be able to manage your anxiety, accept yourself for who you are, or feel as though you are truly enough? I've had situations where I did not, that's what led me to be the therapist am I today. I have a love for helping my clients achieve balance in various areas of your life so you can be the best version of yourself.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with the LGBTQ+ community; with individuals both inside and outside of the community who are ages 19 and older. I have multiple trainings from Auburn University BRACE program for trauma informed care. I am a Co-Chair Board Member of the Alabama state Chapter of Postpartum Support International (PSI-AL) , where I was trained in Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) by PSI. My main focus areas are trauma, LGBTQ+ topics, and life transitions, and postpartum concerns.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Every aspect of us makes up who we are - even when we feel as thought we aren't whole. Each experience we go through creates our perspectives. These experiences impact our physical, mental, emotional, professional, and overall ability and well-being. Each part of us has been perfectly shaped into the whole being we know as ourself. When working towards achieving balance in each of these aspects, it creates an environment for you to flourish into your best you.
