That's why I utilize evidence-based techniques like Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Art Therapy to help my clients confront limiting beliefs, cultivate self-compassion, and build resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion is helping individuals overcome trauma and anxiety to become more resilient and empowered to live fulfilling lives. I also provide LPC supervision and letters to receive gender-affirming care.
