About My Clients
In the last ten years, I have worked with adults and adolescents who are navigating substance use, family issues, self esteem, trauma, codependency, and life transitions. Clients come to me when they are ready for change or contemplating change and need support in what this looks like for them. Everyone has a different journey and I work within the therapeutic relationship to help you figure out how to navigate and move through change.
My Background and Approach
Life can be hard, but I want to be able to help you work through the hard to see what your best life can offer you. You have the solutions, but sometimes having someone to help you see what they are, reflect upon your life experiences and turn those into tangible skills can be what you need to lift some of the weight on your shoulders. Over the last 10 years I've been able to hone my approaches and ensure I am person/client centered. My approach combines solution focused, narrative, cognitive behavioral and schema therapy.
