My Background and Approach
I’m currently a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Grand View University, expected to graduate in May 2026. I’m excited to offer FREE counseling services as an intern, where I will be gaining hands-on experience while continuing to grow both professionally and personally. My goal as an intern at Heart and Solutions is to empower you to discover your strengths, heal from past experiences, and build a resilient, fulfilling life through compassionate, culturally responsive, and collaborative counseling.

I’ve always been drawn to meaningful connections and supporting others through life’s challenges, which has guided me toward a career in counseling. I am committed to providing empathetic, evidence-based support as you navigate emotional, relational, and life challenges.
