About My Clients
You might be someone who's high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected on the inside. You've spent years adapting, people-pleasing, or pushing through, and now you're tired of surviving on autopilot. You may be navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or neurodivergence and want a space where you don't have to mask, explain, or perform. You're ready to understand yourself more deeply and build a life that actually fits you.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is relational, person-centered, and trauma-informed. I believe that healing happens first through feeling safe, understood, and genuinely seen in the therapeutic relationship. We move at your pace, with curiosity rather than pressure, and without pathologizing the ways you've learned to cope. I integrate EMDR when appropriate to help process past experiences that still impact your present, especially trauma, anxiety, and long-standing patterns that feel hard to shift. In our work together, therapy isn't about fixing you. It's about understanding how your nervous system, history, and identity have shaped you and learning new ways to respond with more choice and self-trust. Clients often report feeling less shame, more clarity about their needs, and greater confidence in setting boundaries, expressing emotions, and building relationships that feel safer and more authentic. The goal is not perfection, but a life that feels more aligned with who you actually are.
