My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all have a path to follow, and it is through environment, trauma or life issues that we run into obstacles that take us off our path. My process is to reconnect with the body, mind and spirit to reconnect to our truth. Using therapy, somatic healing, inner family work and other modalities we reconnect with our true self that has been hidden for many years, using external defective coping skills to get through. It is through the reconnection that you find who you are meant to be.
