About My Clients
I work with children, adults, and families across North Carolina and New Jersey through parent coaching, small scale direct ABA therapy with me, and consultation, with both in-person and tele-health options. I also supervise BCBA candidates who share a commitment to ethical, compassionate practice. My experience is with diagnoses including ADHD, autism, global developmental delay, however I support neurodivergent and neurotypical learners.
My Background and Approach
I have about a decade of experience supporting autistic children, teens, and adults and their families. I founded MAS Behavior Consulting to offer something different from the traditional ABA model: a small scale, lower hours practice where families get direct access to a BCBA, not a team of rotating technicians. My approach is ACT-informed, strengths-based, and rooted in neurodiversity-affirming values. That means I'm not interested in making your child look "more typical", I'm interested in helping them build skills that actually matter to their quality of life, communicate their needs, and navigate a world that wasn't always designed for them. I work with families across North Carolina and New Jersey through parent coaching, ABA consultation, and direct behavioral support, with both in-person and telehealth options.
