About My Clients
Are you a new parent navigating all of the complexities of the perinatal/postpartum period? Are you navigating complex trauma or anxiety? Finding yourself in hard places that feel stuck and difficult can be such a challenge, and I am here to support you on that journey. I love working with fellow therapists and other helping professionals. You decide where you will heal best - whether it be my home, tele-health, nature, or your home - and I will be beside you as you heal.
My Background and Approach
I offer a boutique concierge approach to traditional & intensive Trauma Informed therapy. Intensive work can range from hours to 3 days. I have advanced training in early developmental trauma, CPTSD, & EMDR for infants/toddlers, as well as military. I lean into a holistic and humanistic approach to working with clients using a trauma informed lens and a strengths-based perspective. I utilize various therapeutic modalities including Mindfulness based treatment approaches with focus on mind/body connection, EMDR, Somatic Therapy, & Ego States Therapy. In my own therapy journey, I have found healing and learned to access peace and contentment in body, mind, and soul. Even on hard days, I honor that space, and know and trust I can handle what's ahead. I wish this for all of us as humans. It would be a privilege to walk beside you on your journey toward healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a Clinical Traumatologist, I hope to help you understand how trauma not only has impact at the time of the event, but also long after. It can creep into our present daily lives and does so often without our knowledge or invitation, and it gets in the way! I wish to help you come to a place of comfort and contentment with the ebbs and flows of the unknown of life ahead. I believe with my whole being that every one of us possesses the ability to heal. I am here to support you on that journey as you lean into hard places.
