About My Clients

My clients are often thoughtful, driven people who feel stuck despite insight. Many are navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, depression, or relationship stress. Some are high performers in demanding fields who want more than coping—they want real change. You might feel caught in patterns, overthinking decisions, or struggling to translate self-awareness into action. You’re looking for a therapist who engages with you directly, thinks alongside you, and helps you move forward.

My Background and Approach

I bring a background as an MIT-educated former tech professional, which shapes my structured, practical approach to therapy. I work collaboratively and actively—therapy with me is not just a space to talk, but a space to think, experiment, and create change. Together, we identify patterns, generate hypotheses about what’s keeping you stuck, and design small, real-world experiments to test new ways of being. I draw from evidence-based approaches (including CBT, behavioral strategies, and relational work), but I don’t rigidly follow a script. Instead, I tailor the work to you. I ask questions, offer reflections, and share ideas openly. If something isn’t working, we adjust. The goal is not just insight, but traction—helping you build a life that feels more aligned, intentional, and satisfying.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should be an active, collaborative process—not something done to you, but something we build together. Insight matters, but insight alone often isn’t enough; lasting change comes from trying new behaviors, tolerating discomfort, and learning from real experience. I see my role as a thinking partner—someone who challenges you, supports you, and helps you translate clarity into action. I also believe people make sense in context. The patterns that frustrate you likely developed for good reasons, even if they no longer serve you. We approach those patterns with curiosity rather than judgment, while still holding a clear commitment to change. You don’t need to be “fixed”—but if you want your life to feel different, we’ll work directly and intentionally to make it so.
