I have experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, LGTBQ individuals, and various ethnic backgrounds. I understand that starting therapy can be a struggle for some people, and I believe that everyone deserves a safe place to heal and grow. Therefore, I aim to foster a comfortable and relaxed therapeutic experience for my clients.

I use an eclectic approach to therapy. I pride myself on being a chameleon who can change and adapt my model to fit my client. I understand that not all therapeutic approaches work for everyone, and I will work to tailor the experience to you!
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I empower my clients to live their truths and to advocate for themselves. People can change and heal at any point in their lives. Our cognitions and mental health struggles are due to learned behaviors during our formative years. Because they are learned behaviors, we can unlearn them with time and proper support.
