About My Clients
Trauma impacts us in ways we can’t imagine. It affects human development and rewires our brain. I remember seeing the impact trauma from childhood had for my adult clients. I remember seeing elementary school children and the impact trauma has on their ability to develop healthy relationships. Processing trauma isn’t something you need to do alone.
My Background and Approach
I am trained in EMDR and DBT. Together, we can undo the trauma pathways in the brain and help make healthier connections. I love working with clients who are ready for change. I love working with teens and adults who appreciate feedback and alternate views of what may be an unhealthy narrative of their life.
