About My Clients

I work with self-aware, motivated clients who are ready to go deeper—people who want to understand their patterns and shift them. Together, we explore the roots of what’s no longer working so you can rewrite the story of how you show up in relationships—with yourself and others. This work is where insight meets real change, and where clarity, healing, and more authentic connections become possible.

My Background and Approach

With a doctorate in clinical psychology and a masters in performance psychology, I bring both depth and practicality to the therapy room. I specialize in attachment, trauma, and relationship dynamics. helping clients not just understand why they feel stuck, but how to actually shift long-standing patterns. I utilize parts-work based approaches and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which allows me to help clients explore the different parts of themselves with clarity and compassion, while taking meaningful steps toward change. I’ve worked in a range of settings—from high-pressure performance environments to long-term relational therapy, which gives me a flexible, grounded approach tailored to each person. Whether you struggle with anxiety in relationships, difficulty trusting others, or a harsh inner critic, our work will focus on helping you get unstuck and show up in your life with more freedom, intention, and connection.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe true change happens when insight meets action—and when you feel seen, understood, and empowered. I hold these values close: Choice & Commitment: Healing is a series of decisions. I support clients in choosing to engage, again and again—especially when it’s hard. That consistent yes leads to real momentum in your life. Relational & Collaborative: Therapy lives in relationship, not hierarchy. You’re the expert in your experience; I’m your guide. That partnership builds safety and trust, where deep shifts are possible. Values-Aligned & Purpose-Driven: Our work is grounded in what matters most to you—whether connection, creativity, or authenticity. When action aligns with values, even hard change feels meaningful. Pragmatic & Creative: I pull from many approaches—attachment, trauma, performance psychology, ACT, parts work—and tailor what fits your story. This flexibility translates to therapy that feels practical and personalized.
