About My Clients
You don’t have to be in crisis to want change. Sometimes it’s just a sense that things could be better, that you could feel more connected, more at ease, more like yourself. Our work will focus on understanding the patterns that got you here and building the tools to move forward with clarity, self-trust, and purpose. I provide warm, collaborative therapy for adults and teens who are ready to make meaningful shifts in their lives. My approach is rooted in compassion and curiosity.
My Background and Approach
I integrate evidence-based approaches like DBT and CBT to help clients break through obstacles like anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, mood disorders and relationship issues. Whether you’re struggling with emotional regulation, identity, or feeling stuck in old narratives, I’ll support you in moving toward the life you actually want. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working under the supervision of Susan Levin, MFT47760. You can reach me via email or through my website. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more understood, and more in charge of your own story, I’m here. I offer a free 10-minute consultation to see if we’re a good fit.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in relationship, both with others and with ourselves. I view therapy as a collaborative space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. I believe in each person’s right to self-determination, and I approach therapy with deep respect for your lived experience, identity, and values. I’m committed to anti-oppressive, trauma-informed work and affirm the experiences of LGBTQ+ folks, BIPOC clients, and those navigating systems that were never built with them in mind. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be your full self—messy, complicated, brilliant, and growing.
