About My Clients
I work with individuals who want to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change. Many of my clients are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship patterns, life transitions, or a sense of disconnection from themselves. Some have done therapy before but feel that insight alone hasn't reached the places where they still feel stuck. I especially enjoy working with sensitive, introspective people who are drawn to a deep, body-centered approach to healing.
My Background and Approach
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology from Naropa Univrsity and a decade of experience in somatic and trauma-focused work. My approach is grounded in the understanding that healing involves more than insight- the body, nervous system, emotions, relationships, and deeper sense of self all have a place in the therapeutic process. I draw from Somatic Psychotherapy, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, parts work, and mindfulness-based approaches. My work is relatinal, intuitive and deepley attuned to what is unfolding in the present moment. Rather than pushing toward change, we listen closely to what your system is communicating and create the conditions for patterns held in the body and psyche to shift organically.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe there is an inherent intelligence within each person that moves toward healing, connection and wholeness when given the right conditions. My work is rooted in curiosity, compassion, embodiment, and respect for the complexity of each person's experience. I value depth, authenticity, creativity, and our capacity to live in greater relationship with ourselves, one another, and the world around us.
