About My Clients
I work with -adults- who are navigating life’s challenges: whether you’re healing from narcissistic abuse, facing a major life transition, or struggling with anxiety, depression, burnout, or discontent in your life. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or uncertain about the next step. Together, we create a space where healing, clarity, and self-understanding can begin.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Ohio University, along with both a Master’s and Bachelor’s in Psychology. Raised between Broward County, Florida, and rural Scioto County, Ohio, I grew up in the 1980s. During this time, mental health was rarely talked about. Living in a divorced household and witnessing the quiet struggles around me sparked my early curiosity about human resilience and emotional well-being. My career began in domestic violence shelters and community mental health centers, and has since expanded to include work in hospitals, nursing homes, managed-care, and home-based settings. These experiences have shaped my deep belief in meeting people where they are and honoring every story with compassion and respect.
