About My Clients
Most of my clients are navigating grief, anxiety, low self-worth, life transitions, burnout, relationship difficulties, or childhood trauma. When my clients start therapy, many of them feel caught in patterns they don't want or are struggling to deal with their feelings. You don’t have to carry the heavy burdens alone—I want to walk alongside you in these challenges. Together, we’ll find healing and hope on your own terms.

Through our work, you will experience a welcoming and non-judgmental space to learn coping skills, unpack the past, process your feelings, build positive self-worth, and find connection. Healing happens in safe relationships, and I’m ready to build that relationship with you. I aim for you to leave every session feeling seen, known, and valued. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe humans heal through relationships. I also believe it’s brave of you to be where you are now, knowing you want to work towards change and looking for a therapist to be part of that. I would be honored to be that person for you. I am committed to creating an environment that is welcoming and inclusive for all clients, so I also pursue advocacy outside the walls of my office. An essential part of this is listening to and learning from people whose lives and experiences are different from mine.
