About My Clients
Many of my clients come to therapy for help with self-esteem, relationship dynamics, and neurodivergence. I enjoy exploring values, past experiences, and self-talk. Through this exploration, my clients and I find ways to process blockers and make the weight of being a human a little lighter.
My Background and Approach
I believe everyone has the ability to grow and heal. I primarily use a person-centered approach guided by attachment theory, but believe every client is unique and tailor my technique to fit their different counseling needs. Additionally, I utilize breath-work and psychoeducation. I see clients from a wide range of ages, from childhood through late adulthood. I strive to create a nonjudgmental, empathetic, and safe space for my clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have always felt compelled to help others and listen to their stories. Our stories directly impact our relationships, work, self-esteem, and sense of fulfillment. Unhealthy environments and relationships twist narratives and cause anxiety, low confidence, and a constant state of stress. I believe that untangling these narratives and discovering our true beliefs is key to healing. This looks different for every client, and we will find your path together. I support all sexualities, ethnicities, genders, and cultures.
