About My Clients
Are you or someone you are caring for battling a chronic illness or chronic pain? Are you struggling to find a "new normal" after the death of a loved one? Perhaps conflict with family, friends, or at work has left you feeling burned out, overwhelmed, anxious or stressed. Maybe you have recently experienced an upsetting or traumatic event. Have friends/ family voiced worry and concern regarding increased substance use? Then you are in the right place!
My Background and Approach
I offer free 20 min consults to ensure we are a good fit. During the intake we will work to clarify goals. Your treatment plan will be composed to meet your individual, unique needs. We will talk about how your past has influenced and impacted the present, and the ways in which you envision your future. We will come up with goals and objectives to work toward in therapy. Using a trauma informed, LGBTQIA+ allied approach we will use sessions to process thoughts, feelings, and emotions. This is your space to talk about tough stuff in a judgement free zone.

I believe it is my responsibility to provide culturally-competent and affirming care; thus, I make it a priority to engage in ongoing education regarding issues of diversity and mental health care. All people, all ages, all races, all backgrounds, all abilities, all sizes, all sexual orientations, all romantic orientations, all relational orientations, and all genders are welcome and honored.
