About My Clients
As a psychotherapist, I partner with individuals who are wanting to work on their relationships, family dynamics, trauma (past or present), grief, identity, anxiety, and/or depression. One of my specialties is with adults who grew up in a dysfunctional or alcoholic household, working to resolve how those experiences are manifesting negatively in the present. Additionally, I specialize in relationship issues and grief. I work with people who are highly motivated to engage in their own healing.
My Background and Approach
As a practitioner, I am passionate about helping people more deeply understand themselves, create connected relationships, develop healthy behaviors, and function from a place of wholeness that makes thriving possible. I believe healing and growing through psychotherapy is a pathway to empowerment. I offer an integrated approach using a variety of trauma-informed modalities including psychodynamic, somatic, EMDR, mindfulness, nature-based, and gestalt therapy. I received my Master's in Counseling from Regis University.
