I believe that individuals develop coping skills and patterns that are incompatible with their personal values as a result of systemic injustices, learned behaviors and traumatic events. I work with clients who are ready to challenge those patterns in a supportive environment.
My Background and Approach
Deciding to enter into therapy can be an experience that is equally exciting and scary. I am here to help ease the fear and work with you on achieving the future you envision. I believe you have the skills and strengths to overcome the obstacles you face and I cannot wait to join you on the journey. I am a queer, person-centered therapist and have experience working with folks experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. I am LGBTQ2S+ allied and sex work affirming.
