I wholeheartedly believe that our minds and bodies have the natural capacity to heal from even the most traumatic experiences. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, client-centered, and tailored to each person's unique needs. I affirm all gender expressions, sexual orientations, and consensual relationship styles.
