About My Clients

I work with children, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodiversity, and developmental or physical disabilities. My clients value creativity, authenticity, and a safe space to express themselves and heal.

My Background and Approach

I’m a board-certified music therapist (MT-BC) with a humanistic, person-centered approach that honors each client’s unique story and strengths. My background includes working with children, adults, and older adults in a variety of settings — from mental health and trauma recovery to neurodiversity, developmental disabilities, and memory care. In my practice, I blend evidence-based music therapy with creative arts and emotional exploration to help clients express what can be hard to put into words. Whether we’re creating music, listening mindfully, or reflecting together, my goal is to build a safe, compassionate space for healing, growth, and self-expression. I believe that music has the power to connect, restore, and reveal new ways of understanding ourselves and others.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and connection — and that creativity is one of our most powerful tools for getting there. Music has a way of reaching the parts of us that words can’t, helping us feel seen, understood, and whole. I see therapy as a collaborative process rooted in authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. My role is to walk alongside you — not to fix, but to support you in discovering your own strength, voice, and sense of peace.
