About My Clients
My clients are often responsible, self-aware, and used to being the one others rely on. On the outside, they look like they have it together. On the inside, they feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected. Many understand why they feel this way but still can’t seem to change it. They’re tired of powering through and ready for relief that goes deeper than coping skills.
My Background and Approach
I focus on the mind-body connection and nervous system regulation. Because anxiety, overthinking, and feeling on edge aren’t just thought patterns. They’re patterns your body learned to help you survive. In our work together, we slow down and pay attention to what your system has been carrying. We explore how your responses to stress, emotions, and relationships were shaped and how they’re still showing up today. This isn’t about rushing to fix you. It’s about creating enough safety to gently shift the patterns that keep you stuck in survival mode. My style is warm, honest, and collaborative. There’s no clinical coldness and no pressure to perform. You can show up exactly as you are, and we move at a pace that feels supportive and realistic.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy works best when you don’t feel like you have to impress your therapist. Real change happens when you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and human. I believe many people struggling with anxiety and burnout aren’t broken. They’re exhausted from carrying too much for too long without enough support. I believe insight is important, but insight alone doesn’t create change. Your body has to feel safe enough to let go of survival patterns. Therapy should feel like a place where you can exhale, understand yourself more deeply, and build a different relationship with your mind and body.
