About My Clients
Many of us can find ourselves in a space of discourse throughout our lives. It can be difficult to face these challenges head-on without extra support. Through building a compassionate and supportive therapeutic relationship, we can work together to foster an environment for healthy exploration and seek the change you might be wanting or needing.
My Background and Approach
I utilize neuroscience-based approaches to address dysregulation within our nervous systems, bodies, and minds that may be contributing to our current challenges. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy through The Institute for Creative Mindfulness and am committed to ongoing training and consultation to earn certification status in EMDR Therapy. I have completed certification training in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Therapeutic Yoga; an approach that can assist with increasing comfort within your own being through movement, breath work, and self-exploration. Additionally, I offer several empirically-supported modalities including Somatic-Focused techniques, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches.
