About My Clients
I have worked in the mental health field for 13 years in outpatient behavioral health, inpatient behavioral health, and counseling settings. This has given me the opportunity to work with substance abuse, domestic violence, trauma, grief, life transitions, depression, and anxiety.
My Background and Approach
I have training in Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Medical Family Therapy.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I enjoy advocating for social causes including racial justice, LGBTQ concerns, suicide prevention, and awarenes for a variety of mental health concerns. I currently volunteer with the Developmental Disabilities Division. My current passion is autim awareness and services due to my own autistic child.
