About My Clients
I work with individuals, couples, and folks in polyamorous relationships who are exploring their identities, managing anxiety, navigating relationship challenges, or adjusting to new health diagnoses. I’m also here to provide letters of support for gender-affirming care.
My Background and Approach
I am an LPCC licensed in Ohio and have worked in primarily in private practice since I began as an intern in 2021. My approach to therapy is rooted first and foremost in creating a space for you that feels safe, warm, and accepting so that you can move toward whatever goals you may have for therapy and your life. I incorporate a variety of modalities including IFS, DBT, and ACT therapy into the work I do with clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am identity and neurodiversity affirming and am passionate about promoting equitable access to care that is responsive to the whole person. I am feminist and social justice oriented and seek to acknowledge and understanding the complex role of intersectional identities in the therapeutic space and in navigating the world today. I support all efforts that promote equity, access, and inclusion of all people. I have previously worked at a Domestic Violence Shelter and make an effort to donate to and support organizations that advocate for the rights of LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and immigrants.
