About My Clients
I work with teens & adults who are ready to make meaningful change- whether they’re moving through major life transitions, navigating addiction recovery, or healing from IPV I offer a space for those reclaiming their voice, honoring their complexity, & redefining their lives on their own terms. Many of my clients are queer and/or exploring non-traditional relationship structures. They often don’t identify with dominant cultural narratives and are seeking greater agency, connection, and healing.
My Background and Approach
I’m a therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting adults and adolescents through life’s complexities. I hold a Master’s in Community Mental Health & a Bachelor’s in Women’s & Gender Studies—both of which deeply inform my commitment to healing that is rooted in social justice, compassion, and connection. I believe therapy should not only help us understand ourselves more deeply, but also nurture relationships & communities where we can thrive. Whether you are working through a life transition, identity exploration, relational blocks or just looking for a space to be real—you're welcome here, exactly as you are. I draw from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to support this process.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach is grounded in an intersectional feminist lens that is anti-racist, queer-affirming, body shape inclusive, & sex positive. Healing is personal & its how we can change the world. I’m honored to nurture a process that honors who you've been, and who you are becoming, as your grow into your most agentic and authentic self.
