I enjoy working with a variety of folks, particularly those who are suffering from the impacts of trauma, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
My Background and Approach
My background and training have focused on trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem. I draw from evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and Clinical Yoga, allowing for a holistic approach to healing that honors both mind and body.
