About My Clients
I’m passionate about helping women and mothers navigate some of life’s most vulnerable chapters, including pregnancy and postpartum, anxiety and burnout, parenting stress, midlife transitions, grief and loss, and lingering childhood trauma. Many of my clients are high-achieving but feel overwhelmed inside—stuck in people-pleasing patterns and struggling with a loud inner critic. Therapy offers a space to slow down, move out of survival mode, and reconnect with yourself.
How I Can Help You
My approach is rooted in attachment-focused healing and informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am trained in EMDR and incorporate somatic therapies into my practice. I believe all parts of you — even those that feel overwhelming or painful — carry important messages and deserve compassion. Together, we’ll build insight, develop practical tools to regulate your nervous system, and release trauma, helping you reclaim your inner strength and create real, lasting transformation.
