Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you're coping with anxiety, trauma, loss or major transitions. You might be carrying pain from the past, struggling with self-blame, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to navigate it alone. I help adults, young adults and children work through issues like grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and low self-worth.
My Background and Approach
Many of my clients feel burdened by guilt or "what if" thoughts that make it hard to move forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices like EMDR, CBT and mindfulness. In therapy, I create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story and begin to reconnect with your strengths. We'll work at your pace to reduce distress, build insight and more toward healing.

As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I’m committed to creating a safe, affirming, and inclusive space for all clients. I care deeply about advocacy and social justice, and these values are woven into both my therapeutic work and my engagement with the broader community.
