As both an LMFT and art therapist, I value the connection between neuroscience, creativity, resilience, and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and healing. I view mental health through a holistic lens that recognizes the interconnected relationship between the brain, body, emotions, relationships, environment, and creative expression. Symptoms often make sense when viewed within the context of a person’s experiences and life circumstances. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is affirming, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and free from judgment. I welcome clients of diverse backgrounds, identities, relationship structures, and life experiences. Healing is not about becoming someone different. It’s about reconnecting with who you are, honoring your strengths, and building a life that feels authentic, meaningful, and sustainable.
