I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and move forward with intention. I specialize in working with individuals and couples during times of transition—those moments when stress, uncertainty, or disconnection can feel overwhelming. Together, we’ll explore what’s no longer working, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical tools you can use outside of session.
