About My Clients

I work with sensitive, intuitive, and spiritually attuned souls who feel deeply and long to be seen. I believe you carry the wisdom and answers you seek, even when they feel hidden. Together, we listen and explore your inner life, its rhythms, cycles, and mysteries, creating a space where you can connect with your own truth, presence, and a deeper sense of aliveness.

My Background and Approach

I believe there are countless ways to heal, grow, and explore, and therapy can look and feel different for each person. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all healing, which can feel both liberating and challenging. Many of us are born into a world that defines us before we define ourselves, creating disconnection from our inner truth. Therapy can be a space to slow down, turn inward, and meet your experience fully, reconnecting with yourself, others, and the cycles of life. My work is depth-oriented and holistic, drawing from existential-humanistic and phenomenological approaches, somatic practices, and relational frameworks. I bring experience in hospice care and support for grief, life transitions, spiritual exploration, and psychedelic integration, creating a safe, non-pathologizing space where your inner wisdom and soul can be honored.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I work from a holistic lens, honoring the mind, body, soul, and spirit as interconnected aspects of who we are. I believe true growth and understanding emerge when we attend to all layers of our being, as well as our connections with others and the world. My approach blends Eastern and Western philosophy, earth-based wisdom, existential-humanistic practices, somatic and mindfulness techniques, relational and systemic frameworks, and the lived experience of being human alongside you. I view therapy as a sacred space where curiosity, presence, and compassion guide the process. I hold a deep respect for the rhythms and cycles of life, acknowledging both light and shadow as essential to growth. In our work together, insight, healing, and meaning emerge organically, in alignment with each person’s inner truth and life journey.
