About My Clients
My clients have dealt with either a chaotic childhood or one or more traumatic events that have left them feeling stuck and questioning their self-worth. They often struggle with overthinking, lack of motivation or a distorted sense of self and hope to regain their authenticity and ditch their people pleasing tendencies.
My Background and Approach
I lean towards a psychodynamic approach that targets distorted beliefs and maladaptive behaviors that are rooted in childhood. With healthy doses of self-compassion and a nonjudgmental presence, I support my clients’ process of grief and reconstructing their view of themselves. Often when we have a younger version of ourself who felt dismissed, invalidated or shamed, we tend to make decisions and develop relationships from a wounded place. By talking through troubling experiences or difficult relationships, I help you address unmet needs and work with you to acknowledge and validate that inner child and become more of your authentic self.

I believe you have all the answers within and are the expert on your life. My role is to guide you as you unravel the chaos that troubles you and help you begin to show up as your most authentic self.
