About My Clients
I work with clients who feel the exhaustion of living with chronic stress and overwhelm in relationships, work, or daily life. Maybe you've learned to rely on perfectionism, people-pleasing, and pretending things are "fine", but collapse into procrastination, checking out, or neglecting what really matters to you. Maybe you get stuck replaying the past, preparing for the future, or feeling triggered "for no reason". If this feels familiar, I would love to help you find the relief you're seeking.
My Background and Approach
As a relational and trauma-informed therapist, I combine psychotherapy with nervous system regulation strategies, experiential parts work, and collaborative values-based goal-setting. Through our work, you'll gain a deeper understanding of who you are and experience a felt sense of change and confidence in handling life's challenges. Our work will be tailored to your specific needs and goals. Some approaches we may use are IFS to explore parts of your story and how your past may have shaped how you've learned to function, somatic therapy to build present moment awareness and nervous system regulation, and ACT to empower you to take steps that align with who you are and how you want to live.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have a Christian faith background, however, many people I work with hold different beliefs and express gratitude for feeling understood and accepted. I also know that religious trauma is very real and painful. No matter what your beliefs or experiences are, I will approach our work together with curiosity and compassion to meet your needs.
