Trauma can leave you with a sense of lasting depression or that nothing feels safe. It can become difficult to feel connected to or loving toward others, and it may feel extremely difficulty to experience positive emotions. There is hope for recovery from trauma! I use a variety of strengths based, trauma informed therapies, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and clinical hypnotherapy.

I strive to be an affirming therapist and I'm committed to educating myself on the unique needs of gender expansive folks. I have worked closely with transgender and gender diverse individuals in various stages of identity development and transition. I ascribe to the WPATH standards of care and will collaborate with your medical team, if needed, for your desired outcome.

If you've experienced negative spiritual experiences and/or religious trauma or you're looking for a deeper sense of meaning and purpose, I offer a space to show up as your whole, authentic Self, to free yourself of painful programming. If requested, spiritual techniques may include mindfulness and guided meditation, creating unique and meaningful rituals, Ancestor/generational healing, working with inner Guides and Allies, and accessing your Akashic record for karmic healing.

Our minds are so incredibly powerful! Hypnotherapy is a dynamic tool to tap into the inherent healing and transformative abilities we already possess, through our subconscious mind. With hypnotherapy, I assist you in bypassing the conscious mind, which allows you to accept beneficial suggestions that assist you in reaching your goals. Together, we will define what you believe is in your highest good and what potentials are in your best interest.

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a powerful way to make loving contact with all parts of your system. In creating an open-hearted Self-to-part relationship, you begin to understand and appreciate the purpose of seemingly painful emotions, beliefs, and burdens these parts are carrying. Once accepted and seen for what they are, previously challenging parts develop a trust in the unshakeable Self, becoming freed up to help you co-create your inspired life with new vigor!

Utilizing theory and tools from anti-colonial, Liberation Focused Healing as taught by Shawna Murray-Browne, I seek to validate and undo the harms caused by settler colonialism, oppressive systems, and whitewashed psychology. I understand learning how to hold culturally sensitive space and keep a check on my privilege is a lifelong journey that I am dedicated to taking.
