About My Clients

Do you feel like you're constantly surviving instead of living? Maybe your mind never slows down, or you find yourself wondering, "Why can't I just do the things everyone else seems to do so easily?" Perhaps you're carrying the weight of a traumatic experience, grieving someone you've lost, or feeling like you've lost yourself along the way. Together, we'll make sense of what you're experiencing, uncover the "why" behind what's keeping you stuck, and find strategies that truly fit your life.

My Background and Approach

Have you ever left therapy thinking, "That was nice to talk about, but now what?" Or maybe you've learned coping skills before but found yourself unable to use them when you needed them most. It can be frustrating to know what you're "supposed" to do but still feel stuck. I believe lasting change comes from understanding the why behind your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—not just managing the symptoms. Together, we'll gently peel back the layers to get to the root of what's keeping you stuck so the tools we use actually make sense and work for your life. You are the expert on yourself. My role is to provide a safe, affirming, and collaborative space where we can find an approach that fits your unique needs. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all model, I tailor therapy using evidence-based approaches, including DBT, CBT, EMDR, and IFS.
