About My Clients
Are homework, friendships, or just “life stuff” stressing you out? Losing focus, feeling anxious, or low on motivation? I help children, teens, young adults, and college students with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and peer challenges. Together, we build coping skills, confidence, and strategies to survive school, relationships, and life—one small win at a time.
My Background and Approach
I meet clients where they are and tailor therapy to their unique needs, strengths, and goals. I use an eclectic approach, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to support each individual. Throughout the process, I focus on empowerment, growth, and meaningful, lasting change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, supported, and seen, no matter their background or life circumstances. I’m passionate about advocating for survivors of trauma and supporting marginalized communities, including LGBTQ+ youth and young adults. I have experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual assault, adolescents in inpatient chemical dependency programs, and as a junior high counselor, helping young people navigate life transitions. I create an inclusive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel respected and empowered. I’ve volunteered to train state troopers on handling 911 calls for domestic violence, led community outreach on dating violence, stalking, and cyberstalking, and educated middle schoolers on healthy boundaries, online safety, and bullying. These experiences allow me to bring practical skills into therapy, helping clients build confidence, navigate relationships, and handle life challenges with resilience.
