About My Clients

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and relationship challenges. My goal is to help clients who are interested in better understanding their emotions, building coping strategies, and feeling more confident managing life's challenges.

My Background and Approach

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a safe, supportive space where you can be honest about what’s going on in your life. My approach is collaborative and practical, meaning we work together to understand the challenges you’re facing and develop tools that actually help in your day-to-day life. I often draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and reactions while building healthier ways to cope. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and more confident navigating life’s stressors, relationships, and transitions. Over time, we’ll focus on building skills that help you create meaningful and lasting change.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe many people today are carrying more stress than ever before. Between work demands, parenting, financial pressures, and the constant noise of the world around us, it can feel like there is very little space to pause and take care of yourself. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment and without the pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is grounded in the belief that small, meaningful changes can create real shifts in how we experience our lives. When people have the right support and practical tools, they can learn to manage stress, navigate relationships more effectively, and feel more in control of their emotions. Everyone deserves a space where they feel understood and supported while working toward a life that feels more balanced and manageable.
