About My Clients
We all struggle from time to time, but recently you’ve been feeling more burnt out than usual. On the inside, you feel prisoner to your negative thoughts and perfectionism.

Throughout my 10 years of experience providing therapy, I have cultivated a "down to earth" approach to give you the skills that you need to feel confident in your life and your relationships. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but with me it doesn't have to be. Whether this is your first time or you're a therapy pro, we will work together in a judgment-free environment to address the burdens you've been carrying in your life. We will focus on the progress you want to make both in the short term and long term and I give you the tools to bring your ideal life to fruition.
