About My Clients
I work with adult individuals under the big Rainbow Umbrella (LGBTQIA+) and Rainbow Umbrella adjacent. I also work with clients around polyamory and ethical/consensual non-monogamy, BDSM and kink, as well as alternative spiritualities. And I have extensive experience with acute diagnoses requiring hospitalization.
My Background and Approach
I practice from an anti-oppression, inclusive feminist lens, and rely heavily on a person-centered approach. This means that I work collaboratively with clients on their goals and directions for therapy. Because I believe you are the expert on yourself and I am more of a guide. You're in the driver's seat, I'm more like a specialized GPS guiding us towards your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Black lives matter, trans rights are human rights, science is real, and no human is illegal. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing video games, and spending time with my family and pets (I have two cats and one dog).
