My mission is to help you recognize and embody the most empowered version of yourself so that you can live your life from this place.
My Background and Approach
I've found that long term healing and change is best achieved by employing integration techniques that acknowledge our psycho-spiritual nature. I am trained in both western and eastern healing approaches including: art psychotherapy and holistic approaches such as yoga, meditation and psychedelic integration. I employ a variety of healing practices in my sessions including: mindfulness/meditation, creative arts, breath-work, sound baths, mantra, movement/embodiment practices and dream work. I also offer customized self-care sessions designed to support you in developing authentic and sustainable practices for self nurturance. Beginning to understand yourself as an embodied being is a great first step toward honoring your mind as an ally and living a more full life that has higher levels of satisfaction and inner harmony.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My work is rooted in a strength based/humanistic approach that is guided by existential, feminist/relational, Jungian and Buddhist philosophies. I operate under the guiding principles of unconditional acceptance, compassion and the belief that we all intrinsically move toward health and wholeness.
