My Background and Approach
My approach draws from emotion-focused and narrative therapy, with attention to how past experiences, identity, relationships, and systems shape the way we move through the world. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck in cycles of shame, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, or relational pain. I provide a somatic, trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, affirming space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.
