About My Clients

Here to support adults navigating navigating trauma and complex trauma, grief and loss, anxiety and depression, attachment and relationships, and significant life transitions.

My Background and Approach

My approach starts with getting curious about what is happening for you now, while also making space to understand what may be underneath it. Sometimes anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or feeling stuck make much more sense when we begin looking at the experiences, patterns, and relationships that have shaped us. I believe therapy can hold both depth and practicality. Together, we might explore recurring patterns, emotions, relationships, or parts of yourself that have been difficult to understand, while also building concrete ways to feel more grounded and supported in your everyday life. I draw from person-centered, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic approaches, adapting our work to what feels most useful for you rather than assuming one approach fits everyone. More than anything, I want therapy to be a place where you do not have to simplify yourself or have everything figured out before you walk in. I welcome the complicated, uncomfortable, or hard-to-name parts.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe healing happens through connection, curiosity, and having the space to be fully human without judgment. I’m committed to LGBTQIA+ affirming and neurodiversity-affirming care and to creating space for people across identities, relationships, and lived experiences. Outside of the therapy room, I work as a crisis responder helping bring unarmed mental health support to communities across Minneapolis. I’m also an avid dog lover, lifelong learner, and believer that humor has a place even in the hard stuff.
