About My Clients
Has life been feeling like a lot? Have you been thinking about change, but you’re not sure where to start? I listen without judgment and offer you practical tools to manage anxiety, grief, and stress. Counseling can help you break free from old patterns, strengthen relationships, and rebuild self-worth. You will gain clarity, resilience, and hope - small steps toward real, lasting change. You don’t have to do it alone; collaborative support helps you move toward a more empowered life.
My Background and Approach
I believe counseling is a collaborative process where clients are supported in their work toward feeling better. As a graduate counseling student in my clinical internship, I work via telehealth with teens, adults, and couples (including expansive dynamics) who are in the state of Maine. I welcome clients of all identities, and I specialize in working with members of the LGBTQIA++ community. Note that priority will be given to couples therapy clients and adolescent clients who can be seen in-person in Casco. This is due to the requirements of my graduate program. In sessions we will engage in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including humanistic approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and existential meaning making. My work with teens (12+) centers on self-expression and building resilience through coping skills. I support couples / relationships using the Gottman Method (I’m trained to Level 3) and EFCT; I’m kink-informed and affirming to open relationships.
