My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that we all have certain ways we understand situations and challenges. In my work I've found that people find success explore these perspectives and shifting thoughts that get in the way of being their authentic self. My therapeutic perspective is grounded in issues related to social justice and advocating for others. When I'm meeting with clients, I try my best to cultivate an honest, safe and non-judgmental space that is created for specifically for you. I believe that we all have unique strengths and forms of resiliency that helps us become our best selves. I like to bring my genuine self to the therapeutic relationship. Outside of my therapeutic work I enjoy spending time with my family, exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest and cultivating creativity. My best days include relaxing in the sunshine, trying new projects and practicing yoga. Please connect with me for a free consult if you think we might be a good fit!
