About My Clients
At Unbothered Psychotherapy and Wellness, my mission is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for women, BIPOC, and LGBTQIA+ individuals to explore and work through relationship trauma, estranged family relationships or social anxiety. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and my goal is to help individuals tap into their inner strength, resilience and wisdom to overcome the challenges they face.
My Background and Approach
I am committed to providing culturally responsive and inclusive care that respects the unique needs and experiences of each individual. With training in EMDR, CBT, DBT, among others, I incorporate a personalized and evidence-based approach with clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I understand that everyone's journey is unique and I work collaboratively with each client to create a personalized treatment plan that addresses their specific goals and concerns. I believe that therapy is a process that requires dedication and trust, and I am committed to supporting each client on their journey towards improved mental health and well-being.
