About My Clients
If you're feeling tired, stuck, or unfulfilled, you're not alone. Life’s demands can make relief feel distant. Yet, even amidst these challenges, I believe each person has the inner guidance and resilience to restore their sense of agency. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can explore that wisdom, discover what you need, and learn tools to navigate life's challenges. I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, chronic stress, life transitions, and identity-related questions.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style is integrative, drawing on mindfulness, somatic awareness, acceptance and commitment therapy, parts work, narrative, and relational therapies. I like to keep things open and thoughtful. My goal is to create a space where you can share freely and feel truly heard. We'll go at your pace, and when the time feels right, I'll offer the support to help you put your insights into action, one step at a time. Since every person is unique, there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Whether you're looking for practical strategies to cope with daily stressors or are interested in exploring deep-rooted patterns, I aim to offer care that's centered on your needs and aligned with your values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My own personal journey has not been linear, and from this place, I hold genuine empathy and acknowledgment of our complexity as human beings. I believe in the power of connection, compassion, and community to foster healing and growth. As a social worker, I take a systems-informed approach, with an awareness of how institutional forces can shape and intensify personal struggles. My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care and harm reduction, with a deep respect for choice and collaboration. I strive to create an affirming, inclusive space where clients of all identities feel respected and supported.
