I have an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am able to help you identify your goals and make a plan to work toward them. I do not subscribe to one theory of therapy as I prefer to choose interventions from a few of them (solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and person-centered) based on what is most appropriate for the client. We will work together to identify your concerns, set goals, and establish a plan to reach those goals. I can provide you with tools that you can use after therapy is done, throughout life.

I believe that each individual holds the answers within themselves. I cannot provide you with the answers, but I can help you find them in yourself. My office is a safe place for you that is judgment-free.
