About My Clients
I specialize in working with adults dealing with body image concerns, eating disorders, anxiety, perfectionism, and parenting transitions. If you’ve been battling the feeling that you’re "just not good enough,” I provide a grounded space where we can explore the parts of you that are struggling—and begin the work of healing. I have experience working in eating disorder treatment centers in Boston from inpatient to outpatient levels of care.
My Background and Approach
My therapeutic style integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients who are motivated to grow. Together, we’ll identify the patterns that are keeping you stuck, learn new skills to manage difficult thoughts and emotions, and take steps toward the life you want to live. I am LGBTQ+ aligned and practice from a Health At Every Size (HAES) perspective.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My goal is to support individuals in their growth and healing, while helping them process and navigate the broader societal challenges that may impact their well-being. I am committed to fostering a space grounded in values of equality, social justice, and compassion, while prioritizing the mental health and resilience of those I serve.
